PARS FOR PEDS

The Pars for Peds Golf Tournament was established by the students of the Pediatric Interest Group of the LSU Health Shreveport School of Medicine to meet a variety of pediatric patient needs. In 2021, with your help, we were able to fund a Teen Recreation Room for our older pediatric patients. Learn more here!
Proceeds from the 2022 and 2023 Pars for Peds Golf Tournaments will be used to transform a vacant atrium at the Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport – St. Mary Medical Center into teen-friendly area with lounge spaces, grass turf, and a movie screen. Thank you to each of the tournament participants and donors for supporting our community’s pediatric patients as well as our students! This year’s event raised over $42,000!
The goal of Pars for Peds is to make hospital stays more enjoyable for pediatric patients at LSU Health Shreveport. We thank you for your generosity and support!
